It's a waterhole, and all the Indian people gathered around it are just waiting and waiting for the waterhole to spout its daily water from the giant hole in the center of it so then they can proceed to carry the water back to their homes on their heads in apparently leak-free wicker baskets.

Much respect for Gandhi but one would think that for one of the most important humans to walk this earth that his country could get a better memorial than some concrete blocks and a table.  :huh:
