Especially for something as minor as that weak burnout.  It'd be one thing if they did something really dangerous/reckless, but a little tire-squeal really didn't warrant that kind of foul-mouthed tirade, regardless of whether he'd just pulled those clowns over or not.  They certainly deserved to get some sort of reprimand for that, and I can't blame him for raising his voice and shouting a bit, but that kind of language was a bit extreme. 

Then again, who knows how much other BS that officer had already had to put up with at that little gathering.  For all we know, they gave him a real hard time at the traffic stop that had occurred just before the start of the video, or several others at the gathering were hassling him and he was at the end of his rope.

Oh I'm sure he had to deal with a bunch of crap that night and I can see why he'd be pissed. But being a cop means you have to demonstrate self control at all times. He should have just slapped the biggest ticket possible on the losers.
