You can live with a GT on a daily basis.  I'm not so sure about that with the Exige.
2. 1995 Saturn SL2 5-speed, 126,500 miles. 5,000 miles in two and a half months. That works out to 24,000 miles per year if I can keep up the pace.

I don't care about all that shit.  I'll be going to college to get an education at a cost to my parents.  I'm not going to fool around.

I don't even know if this is a fair comparison. One cost so much more that if you asked me which one I wanted for free I'd be dumb not to take it. But I pick the Ford GT. Only Ford I've ever really liked.

I don't see one being all that more different then the other. Both are 2 seat with not much room at all.

nickdrinkwater

The GT is much more expensive than the Exige.

Raza

Exige.  It will beat any Ford GT in any race over distance every time.  The GT driver will be too busy fueling to keep up with the Exige!

What size are their respective fuel tanks? I know the GT40s had ridiculously enormous tanks.
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

How about two cars that compete with each other?

Air conditioning, rear window, defroster, power mirrors, a little faster...

Want me to go on?  The GT is a refined Exige on steroids.

I'm thinking about just comfort as in seating and how you would feel after a long drive and not stuff like defrosters and things like that. A/C would be nice......

It's called having fun.  The fact that they don't compete with each other is the point of this poll.  That's why it's titled Mouse vs. Cat.

and it's obviously biased. A 150K+ will appeal to a lot more people than a 60K one, merit not-with-standing. It's like asking what would you rather have a RX-8 or 911.

Actually it's not. But who gives a shit anyway?  Why do you take these polls so seriously anyway?

Both cars are amazing, but would anyone pick the Exige in real-life as a daily driver?

Yes, I used an S2000 as a daily driver, an Exige is just another small step from there.

But, I couldn't see anybody chosing one over a GT.

I really like the GT. I think the Exige might be more fun to drive, but I could see myself driving a GT more so than an Exige.

You're my age.  We're getting old.  Plus, now that you're married, your life expectancy has gone way down, since you're more likely to be poisoned by your wife.

Location is irrelevant.  If you can drive a GT as a daily driver there, then you can drive an Elise or Exige.
