She's Italian and she's smoking hot and cute as hell!

Fiat has a real winner with this baby.

I wish they sold them here. I'd actually buy one for a DD.

I think Fiat could make quite a profit with this car if it were sold in the US. This is an excellent MINI rival - and in Europe, both these cars are CULT.

Yawn

There must be someone in the states that must want to try to bring it over there.. With Mini though, BMW has its dealer networks.. But with FIAT?? It would be alittle funny having them at Ferrari/ Maserati Dealerships.. lol

Yawn

But thats the Italians fault for taking forever to bring Alfa back to the states.. With Alfa they could have had marketed this with the dealer network.. This would have been a perfect intro to bring those into the dealers.. but oh well..

When I look at this car, the song  " Fat bottom Girls " rings through my head for some reason.

Anyway, I do kind of like this car though. Makes me think upscale micro car. I particularly appreciated the interior shot. Looks nice in there.

I really wish it could be more keenly-priced here, so that it would become a real alternative to more mainstream cars. What a wonderful little car.

I'd love to see it here too.  I wonder what the safety nazi's have to say about the 500?

I've dug it ever since I seen "Castle of Cagliostro" a number of years ago

It's a nice car.  Hope it does well for Fiat.

Wimmer stop posting in that stupidly large font, it's annoying.

So would I.  Brilliant and gorgeous, fun to drive, not as cutesy as the Mini, and frugal.  Now, I might be tempted to grab the Panda 100 instead, but there are talks of a 150bhp Abarth version of the 500.  Now, that would be one hell of a car to drive to work in everyday.

If that car was RWD, I'd love it.
But it looks great, even better than the MINI.

the Teuton

If it handles better than a Panda, which it should, it will be an amazing car.

Funny enough, rumour has it that Fiat will sell this car in America through the soon-to-be-established Alfa Romeo/Maserati dealer network.  With the success of the VW Beetle and MINI Cooper in the US in recent years, they would be crazy not to.

I think they should institute a policy at the Ferrari/Maserati dealerships that if you buy 2 Ferraris or Maseratis from them, they'll give you a 500 for free.  They do it all the time in shoe stores and for haircuts.  Why not cars?

Apparently there is a 135 HP turbocharged 1.4L being considered for the US market.  That's good, but they ought to consider a lower powered one also.

I normally like cars like this. But to be honest I don't like the looks of this one. I don't see anything special or good looking about it at all. Now the Porsche next to it on the other hand is nice.
