Naww man.

Maybe a few years ago, but wagons got popular, and especially the '94-'96 Whales.
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

Nah, that car even if rust free @300,000 kms is no more than 2 grand up here. Canadian.

It sounds so bad when you say 300,000 kms, but so good when you say 2 grand Canadian. I am confused.

So you're saying this is a crackpipe price:

I do get the appeal, but not up here. It's not a winter car, it's a beast to store, and as a 2nd niche car for summer, people look for something more unique, preferably a convertible. VW Cabrio values are climbing like crazy up here. Paid a grand for mine 2 yrs ago, and I can ask $4000 for it now.

It's nice, but nobody up here would pay that.

Your Cabrio needs a Northstar V8. Then you can ask $2000 for it again.

I wouldn't mind flipping a car here and there if it was mechanically sound and just needed a good detailing...a nice clean vehicle will catch more cash than a shitty dirty one.  But the margin is still low depending on what you get, and I don't have the capital to buy a random used car in the first place.

Unlikely. In fact, it's all downhill from here. I will only get more cranky and more eccentric.

"Clean interior," posts pics of dirty interior.

Though to be fair it is pretty clean for an '04.

That might be the cleanest interior I've ever seen on a $1200 car.

A low mileage, single owner, non smoking 1992 Chevy Lumina Euro with 3.1L V6 making 140 hp and 185 ft/lb torque.

Boxy, simplistic styling with only 81,000 miles. Looks to be in excellent condition with the only obvious blemish is a small rip in the stitching on the driver's seat.

Asking Price: $2,000

It's hard to say whether I'd take a Suzuki Verona over a Hyundai XG300. The Hyundai is more luxurious and better in every way, but the Verona has that exotic Porsche-designed inline six.

It's sorta like a mini Continental.
