I think I would have to go for the BMW.  It's just an awesome car.

I would have a tough choice between that and the RS4, which one could probably get used for a lot less.  I don't think Jeremy should criticize the BMW for lack of practicality when a sedan version is coming out soon.  Other than that, it was a nice review, and it's nice how they all find merits in the cars at the end.
