Well, let's see what we've got here. We know:

1 - it's foreign
2 - it's either a current production car not sold in the U.S. (or we would have figured it out by now) or it's a concept
3 - judging by ride height and the tires, it's an SUV or truck

Are we in agreement on those points? Let's go from there.

Actually, it looks like an "Active lifestyle" type vehicle from a low end manufacturer to me. Sort of like an Xterra (consider that a guess).
