The next $100 spent will be on a brake line.
The next $400 spent will be on a clutch.
The next $240 will be on a set of four Falken Azenis RT-215 tires in 195/60/14
That's a lot of dough. After that, I don't know. Maybe new brake pads/shoes, depending on how they work with the tires.

Prediction:

You will buy none of that.

He's going to buy those three stainless screws now just to prove you wrong.
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

I don't see him putting that much effort into it.

My NAWZ, duh.

So you're going to have nitrous oxide spray out your blow off valve on to your hot engine?  That doesn't seem safe.
Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?
If you can read this, you're too close

Ask any racer; any real racer. It doesn't matter how you spray it - NAWZ is NAWZ.

A small air compressor, like the ones used for air horns.

What should I do with $3000?

1. Autocrosser - wickedly stiff coilover suspension, sticky tires, insane handling, no engine mods necessary

B. Open Road Racer - supercharged monster that eats highways for light snacks in between meals. From what I've read, it is entirely possible to get 250hp out of the stock bottom end of this little 2.0.

3. Buy a nicer motorcycle

Good idea. But I would have to trade the Jet for it after I dropped about 10-grand under the hood, so I can start making some money off my ass.

When I get a garage, I will buy some random engine at a junkyard, and then find a random car to drop it into. That will be awesome.

Sure. I'll p0st in it
But I wish the moderators would go and make that Member's Rides section that I suggested two-weeks ago in my unanswered thread in Feedback.

But I'd rather drop a mid 60's Barracuda  drivetrain into a Probe... A slant-6 Probe!
