wat

My thread is in "The Garage", but people only want to talk about their POS Dodges.

Eye of the Tiger

The Jetta's extra set of steel wheels is about to get a fresh coat of paint:
Rustoleum Dark Bronz Hammered Finnish.
I sprayed a little bit to test it, and I think it will look marvelous with the Jetta's dark blue. I will do one wheel per night for the next four nights. There is not enough ventilation in here to do them all at once.

New idea: I will leave two of the wheels silver, and paint two of them bronze. That will make it easy to remember where I am in my tire rotation. SMRT, I am so smart.  :praise:

You're my age.  We're getting old.  Plus, now that you're married, your life expectancy has gone way down, since you're more likely to be poisoned by your wife.

He didn't even pass Calc I.

Adjusting the steering wheel is Calc III material at least. I can barely do it.

Damn those multiple integrals. I forget that the people who never learned them can't move their steering wheels, much less adjust their power seats.  :frown: Those poor souls.

Math is for chumps.

Now...

The next $100: brake line.
The next $400: clutch.
The next $100: tune-up
The next $0-120: Rear wheel bearings make a tiny bit of noise, seem a little loose, may have to repack... unless they're sealed, then I have to buy $$$ new ones
Then I need a set of tires All-Season 195/60/14  - Thinking Bridgestone Potenza G009

Yes, a good choice for sure, and the price is mid-range. I wish I had them right now, because all my tire (on both sets) are nearly bald! But, I have my list prioritized.

I guess I won't be buying them anymore.  I could have sworn I'd seen them in a 205/50/16, but that size seems to  be no longer available.

2. 1995 Saturn SL2 5-speed, 126,500 miles. 5,000 miles in two and a half months. That works out to 24,000 miles per year if I can keep up the pace.
