When I get my new clutch put on, I could opt for a stage 1 clutch and a lightened flywheel... should I? I think it might cost $200 extra. :mask:

And then, I can get a camshaft, valve springs and chip to raise the rev limiter to 7,000rpm. It could be a real beast.

That would be cool.

I don't care about all that shit.  I'll be going to college to get an education at a cost to my parents.  I'm not going to fool around.

That would require a much larger initial investment. Doing a few not-so-pricey n/a modifications would be quite satisfactory for a daily-driven beater.

I'm surprised you haven't gotten the coolest upgrade for, like, your car, ever yet:

The government has to make sure your car doesn't kill you.

If you're dead, you can't pay taxes to them.

And if not?

I need new front brakes and four tires.
Every place I go to finds something different. WTF.
Maybe I'll do the brakes myself if the weather warms up, otherwise it's $170, not too bad.
Both sets of tires are pretty much bald, so I knew that was coming. I'm not going to pay local prices, though. I found some used for $30 each, but they are pieces of shit.

OK. I just have to do it. I'm going to order tires online with the fucking credit card.
Should I spring for the Falken Azenis RT615 at $60 each, or the $46 all-season Falken Ziex? If I get the Azenis, of course I'll have to get a set of snow tires next winter - and I do have that extra set of rimz.

Don't make me do it. I will. I'm not kidding.
If you have the extra wheels, go for the Azenis. It's only $56 extra for all 4 anyways.
Plus you can get snow tires (if you need them) and those will last a long time too.

Rock Auto has a clutch kit for $140.

Buy some 8" wide rims, flare the body, and get some Hoosier A6's.
