Rock Auto has a clutch kit for $140.

Buy some 8" wide rims, flare the body, and get some Hoosier A6's.

phuck j00. I want a rac3 clutch - two puck solid hub, an da 2lb unobtanium flywheel.

Now I need brakes. I want Hawk HPS pads, but I can't find them for the JEtta.

I don't like those.

Just get semi metallics.

Bah - I'll probably just go to Advance Auto and get a set of Wearever Silver pads and rotors.

They are not.

They fade after 3 laps and I gave them to a friend who says he can't even get them to lock up. He says Metal Masters are better.

Despite its outward appearance, the Jetta is not a race car. HPS are great street pads. You friend probably smeared grease all over his that's why they dont' work.

I had them on my car, didn't like them, then I gave them to a friend and he didn't like them either.

Both of your cars have shitty brakes. I put them on a Saturn SL1 and it instantly turned into a race car with phenomenal braking.

If you want racecar braking, get Porterfield R4-S all around.

Too late. I found a way around getting new brake pads. I just picked up some JB Weld. When I need to stop, I'll just JB Weld the rotors to the calipers.

Unfortunately, my daily commute is not on a race track.

Maybe you could stop at one along the way.

The closest race track is probably dirt, therefore your Hoosier slicks are useless.

There is another article about tuning the 2.0 but I have to scan it, which I'll do eventually :)

I'm not sure, but you could slam your penis in the driver's side door and get approximately the same effect.
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?
