The original Italian is she-ROH-co, I think. Either way, if the 'sc' at the start is not pronounced 'sh' you're doing it entirely wrong.

I never would have guessed she-RO-co. That must be what I get for growing up in a city heavily influenced by Latino culture and language.   Hey, wait a minute. . .

BTW- does any one know the correct way to pronounce Scirocco?  I always thought it was pronounced like "see-ROCK-oh," but a friend of mine insisted it was "SKI-rock-oh," and on Family Guy they pronounced it "she-ROCK-oh".  These sort of things keep me up at night.

JC has it. We always called my friend's the "Shit Rocket."

Besides Touareg, none of them seem weird to me.

Of course Phaeton was a horrible misnomer.

They look great.  I like the ones with the quad headlights better, but that's done really well.  I still like the Corrado better, but prices are too erratic.  Some are 5K, some are 15.
