I am shocked that there is debate about whether or not to include the Citro?n SM and DS on this list. Beautiful cars, especially the SM Opera sedan by Chapron.

I'll think of more, and post again.  I skimmed quickly, but sorry for any repeats.

After you wake up with the sun at 6am on someone's floor, coughing up cigarette butts and tasting like warm beer, you may well change your opinion on this matter.

Citroen came up with this. That is all I have to say about that.

How do you plan on having us vote them into 100 spots?

Gathering up a list, whittling down all of the ones that don't seem like they belong until we get 100, then arguing over what rank they should carry.  It's not that hard.  I've done it before at coaches seeding meetings at wrestling tournaments.
2. 1995 Saturn SL2 5-speed, 126,500 miles. 5,000 miles in two and a half months. That works out to 24,000 miles per year if I can keep up the pace.

I don't care about all that shit.  I'll be going to college to get an education at a cost to my parents.  I'm not going to fool around.

You don't know what you are getting yourself into.  You are also setting us up to get this thread locked. :ohyeah:  Not to mention, 100 cars is a fuck of a lot.

The 2CV is a fabulous car! Not beautiful, but endearing. Back to your box!

50 then?

This isn't going to be an overnight thing, but a week of having this thread open will give us a metric shit-ton of cars, and honestly, that's too much.

I heard that the 2CV is made out of cardboard and was originally a prop in a high school play.

Sander actually got most of the cars on my personal list, back on the first page. He did go with the '73 Riviera, while I would have gone with the '63-65 version:

Like a fine Detroit wine, this vehicle has aged to budgetary perfection...

There's no way Im reading through all this....but if no one has mentioned it, those boattail Buick Rivieras....early 70s?

Oh, that sweet custom Volga that some mag did an article on a few years ago!  Altohugh, should probably hold to production cars...

Yeah, that was a one-off. If we open the gates to those we have to put n things like Jacques Sauotchik Cadillacs, Chip Foose's Impression, Roth's Beatnik Bandit, and CadZZilla.
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

1975 Honda CB750, 1986 Rebel Rascal (sailing dinghy), 2015 Mini Cooper, 2020 Winnebago 31H (E450), 2021 Toyota 4Runner, 2022 Lincoln Aviator

And Ferrari has the 599 and BMW has, well, all their current cars.  Should we remove all Ferraris and BMWs then?

Those are gorgeous.  I remember seeing one for the first time on Due South.  A green one.

I absolutely agree. They are so crisply-styled and display quite remarkable restraint given many other American cars of the time.

I prefer the GT Hawk - the straighter roofline make me weak at the knees.

I would not have a problem with being deprived of a Suzuki Verona.
