Was there ever an SLS1?

I've been hearing more and more about this.  How It's supposed to be the worlds first 300 MPH road going car, how it's going to be super light, yet super luxurious; the most advanced car ever essentially.  Any info on it?

The website header reads, "the pinnacle of automotive innovation"  My question is, what have they "innovated?"

Not heard of it before.  Where'd you hear about it?

I'm pretty sure this is a joke. I can't see anything that heavy and un-aerodynamic going 300 mph, especially considering the Veyron and Ultimate Aero barely make it to 250 with 1000 and 1100 hp.

Also, DiMoraMotorCars sounds suspiciously like DeLoreanMotorCars.

Could this be some sort of MIT prank?

Sounds like a joke to me.

Yeah, but look what happens when they actually make a real car:

Sorry guys, but it's a long ways from doing a sawzall job on a Chrysler to the pinnacle of innovation...
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

Thank god Trep's not here. He might get an idea to mod his car in this manner, if he saw this.

Trep with a body hammer and a TIG welder- now that's a scary idea!

"Alfred DiMora has done that not only by developing the fastest and most expensive car in the world, but showcasing it through live and interactive one-to-one marketing efforts," Greenwood continued. "This will virtually guarantee a sponsor?s success in one of the most extensive partnership opportunities available today. We are thrilled to be associated with the Natalia project."

People, he hasn't built one.  What's the deal, crack?

"Alfred DiMora, the founder of DiMora Motorcar, based in Palm Springs, California, is known for his expertise in designing high-end luxury cars such as the Clenet and Sceptre."

Rubbish vehicles that never got any recognition...

"I have always built automobiles and computers with the cutting edge and total excellence in mind and my DMC creations will be no different. We will build the Dusenberg's of today," stated DiMora."

Tho things.
a.  Your past attempts at "excellence were awful
b.  Dusenberg's were gorgeous.  The SLS is not.

"The founder, CEO, and driving force behind DiMora Motorcar is Alfred J. DiMora, who produced two of America's finest luxury automobiles, the Clenet (as owner) and the Sceptre (as co-founder)."

Jesus.  It's self gratification like I haven't seen sense I last saw my 24 year old virgin roommate.
