The worst I've had to do was a GM 3/4 ton with boxes and a quad in the back, hooked up to a 12' with two more quads on that.

Now granted it was next to a short cliff, so I earned some hazard points.

My dad used to tell me stories about when he worked for UPS washing the trucks (summer job in college) and had to back up the big trailers. Fun stuff.
