Oh man, I just drooled all over my keyboard.  That interior is amazing.  Looks like some super-yacht's cockpit.

Yeah, that yachtlike interior just does it for me. I'm saving the pictures in my Comet folder to work on a way of using those ideas in the custom interior I want to do for that car. Stunning, light and airy.

Chris- do a teak-and-holly interior.  I have always wanted an interior done like that...

I like that, too. But, teak's a little dark for what I want the car to be. The exterior is going to be a pearlescent yellow/tangelo fade, and the interior was going to be the same on painted surfaces, with oyster upholstery and chrome trim bits. But this in teh off white with light wood and silver/black is just so classy, I want to modify my thought pattern for it.

Originally I was going for this style with the paint and upholstery (but move the gauges over in front of the driver) and chrome trim:

with the pearlescent yellow from these cars:

Oh man, that car looks incredibly ethereal - what is it?  The silver and white with the graceful curves of the floorboards, pedals and dashboard have moved me to tears. I vote for you to incorporate those colors into your project car.  Classic!   Damn!

Ith ink that's Chip Foose's Impression.
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

It's a Foose creation called "Impression." And in typical Chip Foose manner is impeccably fabricated top and bottom, with fit and finish underneath that is as perfect as on top.

Looks brilliant - but is it a four or five seater?

I see transmission oil pan. Automatic?

Anyway, it's weird to see the bottom of a car so clean.

It's a street rod, so yeah, it's a modified automatic:

That's a really nice color though.
