Meh.

Well, you have to agree that it's infinitely better than the Sebring.

the Teuton

The concept interior is straight out of the 1998 Detroit Auto Show.

As for the exterior, I wish Chrysler would have done it right the first time.
2. 1995 Saturn SL2 5-speed, 126,500 miles. 5,000 miles in two and a half months. That works out to 24,000 miles per year if I can keep up the pace.

I don't care about all that shit.  I'll be going to college to get an education at a cost to my parents.  I'm not going to fool around.

She'll hate diesel passenger cars, all things Ford, and fiat currency.  They will masturbate to old interviews of Ayn Rand an youtube together.
You can take the troll out of the Subaru, but you can't take the Subaru out of the troll!

Speed_Racer

It's kind of generic looking. And is it too little, too late for Chrysler?

TBR

It looks nice, but I doubt they'll ever have a chance to make it.

It is.

Will this replace the Sebring?

i love it! looks miles better than the 2010 taurus, imo! well, actually... a wonderful alternative to another american car to be proud of, not unlike the awesome ford sedan. keep 'm coming detroit!

That's a great local brewery that we have. Do I drink their beer? No.

Kind of Malibu-y.

i do not see that, but that is not a bad thing. the chevy looks hot, but the chrysler looks richer, imo. should be fun listening to the press and reading about the reactions of the attendees. most cars look even better than they photograph.

thanks for the surprise chrysler!

cannot wait to see what gm and ford have to reveal over the next couple of days. i have only looked here today. need to check out the actual press releases in the a.m. fun!

That may be the first time I've read, anywhere, that someone actually considers the Malibu "hot".

Atomic

You sure this is not a Geely or another copy once again?  ;)

So many stairs...so little time...

the Teuton

I guess Chrysler subcontracted more out to the Chinese than just their compact cars.  This is blatantly a copy of the Insignia.

Which is a pretty big accomplishment. For an idiot.

I do concur with the idea that this should've came out 3 years ago.

Malibu looks like it was designed by Honda, then "Chevy-ized" by GM.  I guess the blend works fairly well because Malibu is hardly an unappealing design.

Atomic

the basic shape of the insignia are truly similar, but the chrysler is far more attractive in every respect. the car is far better looking than the chevrolet volt.

the element of surprise at the autoshow was great. it turned what many thought would be predictable into something exciting. now, chrysler needs a partner.

Atomic

speaking of the insignia, i have seen the upper door part of the beltline (of the front doors) on something else. i cannot recall where. anyone?
