Why a Delica?

It's a cross between a Dacia and a Celica.  Duh.

Seriously, what's not to love?  It was made to survive Siberian conditions with minimal maintenance.  And it will spank any and all of the cute utes off road, while getting similar or better mpg.

You'd probably never have to change the oil, either.

I don't care about all that shit.  I'll be going to college to get an education at a cost to my parents.  I'm not going to fool around.

Nope. Because it'll be a pile-o-rust before you'll have to worry about changing the oil.

It's a 4x4 minivan that will go more places then any cute ute.

The only other RHD vehicle I would consider is a Mitsubishi Pajero.

Atomic

Wooo.. Cosmo.. they still look pretty good for 18 year old cars..

Hemi, we got the Pajero of that generation, albeit without a diesel option.  It's called the Montero.

Yup, Honda's Cimarron. Only in Canada will they get $35,000 for a tarted up Civic.

Even converted into a real currency (or what used to be a real currency ) that's an insane amount to spend on a Civic.

Yeah, the car has Ontario plates.  I wonder what the logistics would be of finding one of those in the US.  It'd be like a clown car.

I have seen Chrysler Intrepids here, though.

To be fair the EL was never that expensive.

The CSX is though. And have you seen the facelifted CSX? *shudder*

Sounds like a Vanagon Syncro, except without sucking.

I saw a Delica Space Gear turbodiesel yesterday morning: it is very non-sucky.
