Yeah, the A4 Jetta came with the 2.0, the 1.8T, and the VR6, depending on trim, as far as I know.  I believe both the 1.8T and VR6 were available in both standard form and GLI form.  I don't know what engine the A4 Wolfsburg came with, however.

Originally, the 1.8t, in later years it came with the 2.0.

The US-spec A4 Golf/Jetta also came with a 1.9 TDI diesel, too.

If I'm right, the New Bora (china) uses the 2.slow, and I think a variant of the 1.6 FSI.
