I can't pick a favourite. I like red, green, yellow, but I haven't had the other two. As long as it's a coconut curry with bamboo shoots, basil, Thai eggplant, and some kind of seafood, I don't care. Yum.

I'm thinking of trying the massaman curry for lunch today... with scallop.

I'm eating some massaman curry with chicken from the local Thai place, and it is outstanding.
