isn't the lucerne the same size and as roomy as the cadillac dts? also, i think that unless gm updates the lucerne significantly, this vehicle will be easily phased out with buyers overlooking it in favor to more modern buicks -- regardless of size.

But then is was basically a DTS without the garb (and the price tag!!).

Sure, but it wasn't redundant in the Buick line.

To all bitching about the weight:  It's not that bad.  ChrisV even said his 7-series is heavier, and this whole forum has a car-boner for that thing.  Weight isn't everything, and this is a big car.

Because most everything reviewed gets initially favorable reviews.  GM needs home runs, and they're only hitting line drives to the corner in the outfield, hoping they can clear the bases.

The company disappoints me with mediocrity at times.  Give it 6 months into normal production, and it will already be a comparo has been.

Why is any of this surprising?  It's what GM has been doing for quite some time now.

I want to like the new LaCrosse.  I'll hold judgment until they actually come out.
2. 1995 Saturn SL2 5-speed, 126,500 miles. 5,000 miles in two and a half months. That works out to 24,000 miles per year if I can keep up the pace.

I don't care about all that shit.  I'll be going to college to get an education at a cost to my parents.  I'm not going to fool around.

She'll hate diesel passenger cars, all things Ford, and fiat currency.  They will masturbate to old interviews of Ayn Rand an youtube together.

Depending on price, that could be a good deal.

Well that's very generous of you.

Considering that teuton doesn't like any car, I agree that that is very generous.

Oh, he likes a lot of cars, as long as they're made by Toyubaru.

LaCrosse is fat.  Eh.     I still want to drive one when they become available locally.
