Finally! Another good looking Ferrari!

Raza

Why does it have three tailpipes?  Does it have three cylinder banks?

This looks like an evolution of the 430 design kinda like how the 430 was evolved from the 360 design, I like it.

That's explains why it doesn't do anything for me.

Dude, there's no need to go trolling all of my posts. It's getting very tiresome.

The styling really does nothing for me.  It doesn't look special.  The only real positive thing I can see in the design is that it appears as though outward visibility is a lot better then in the F430.

Outward visibility is a good thing..  the price is out of hand though.

This is what I think about this car...

Manual, please.

I think what I love most about it is that it reminds me of what I pictured, as a kid, Ferraris to look like by the time I was able to afford one :praise:

Unfortunately, I still can't afford one

I don't like most recent Ferraris, but this one looks fantastic. Should be awesome to drive with that engine, too.

The front looks like an evolution of the current entry Ferraris.  The shape is gorgeous.  The rear looks like the result of two retards fucking.

Pardon the detail there, but I believe the description fits.

That's the car I was thinking of.

Looks a little bit like a Tommykaira ZZII to me.  I like it.  Would like a proper manual, please.

The triple exhaust pipes are almost as stupid as the stacked pipes on the IS-F, or for that matter, the entire body kit on that wretched pile of rice boy love-juice.  But the rest of the car is simply stunning.

It looks fine, I suppose.  The 430's better though.  In dark blue, please, with a 6 speed manual.  That is, if anyone's in a giving mood.

Dark blue?

EDIT:  The three exhaust tips is supposed to pay homage to the F40 I'm guessing.

You know those proportions and green house to body relationship slightly remind me of the Mclaren F1, which is to say they are great.

How is that car not going to get raped in a side impact?  I love the low door sills, but how is it passing NHTSA and NCAP?

No.

I think that 68_427 is subtracting the Ferrari claimed dry weight of 1250kg (2750 lbs) from what C&D measured on their scales, 3081 lbs.  This indeed a 331 pound difference.

http://www.caranddriver.com/var/ezflow_site/storage/original/application/9171811b737c4588b5e667befb8e5cd2.xls

Looking at Ferrari's actual press release of the F430 scuderia, the claim is 1250kg for dry weight and 1350kg for curb weight.

http://www.worldcarfans.com/10709113631/michael-schumacher-unveils-the-430-scuderia-at-frankfurt

Dry Weight* 2775 lb (must be typo) (1250 kg)
Kerb Weight* 2976 lb (1350 kg)

* European market version

However as stated, this is for the European model only.  Many European cars tend to gain a decent amount of weight to meet American regulations.

So basically the Scuderia gained about 100kg according to Ferrari themselves going from dry to curb weight, and then gained another 100 lbs coming to America.

So 68_427's prediction of 3350lbs is pretty much in line with what is expected from the F430 scud.

68_427

Yeah it was a guess based on Scuderia and F430 figures.

In a $300,000 car, do you REALLY think that they didn't engineer in safety regulations?
