Well, I've had two Mustangs of that generation and they were bullet proof.  My brother-in-law's brother has a 1998 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 and they make monster power with very little work.  Mustang aftermarket parts are still available in spades, and repairing one if needed is dirt cheap.  The seats are more comfortable then the Firebird's, the interior is nicer, and it's easier to see out of and has a real trunk.  However the seats can be changed in the Firebird and the monster power available from that car is hard to pass up.  1998 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 for me.

Brother-in-law's brother? So, he's your other brother-in-law? ;)

So did I.  Just so sexy...and it's a Volkswagen!

I believe one model has a 2.1 liter supercharged engine or something like that. That would be awesome.

And you're a troll, worse than me. ;)

No.  He's my sister's brother-in-law, but he's my brother-in-law's brother.

So this guy is both your wife's brother, and your sister's husband's brother? So your sister's husband and your wife are siblings, and they have one more brother, making three (or more) of them? I've got news for ya: He's still your brother-in-law.

:wtf:

What is so hard to understand?  My wife has no relation to my sister's husband.  My sister's husband is my brother-in-law.  His brother is not my brother-in-law, but he is my sister's brother-in-law.  My wife does not factor in this at all.

BimmerM3

I think Psilos's point is that no one would really care if you just called him you brother-in-law.

If you want to get technical, Wikipedia claims that your sister's husband's brother would be your "co-brother-in-law."

The funny thing is that the crazy situation you came up with where his sister is married to his wife's brother is WAY harder to fathom than the real life situation. I think you probably should go to bed.

Now that I mention it, a BMW 323i, 325i, or 328i would all fit comfortably into this category. Too bad they weren't exclusively coupes.

So I have another nomination: BMW 318ti M Sport.

2008 TUNDRA (Truck Ultra-wideband Never-say-die Daddy Rottweiler Awesome)

They weren't popular at all, but I loved the Corrado then, and I think I'd still pick it now.  Never drove one, but I learned to drive a stick on a first gen Scirocco, and I loved that car.  Can't imagine the Corrado was worse, although it didn't look quite as good.  Quirky though, in a good way.

Probe GT... i miss that thing.  As fast as the honduh civic SI V-Tak at the time with the same or better handling plus a much better sounding exhaust

Hard one. If I was looking for something sporty, A prelude or the Probe GT (loved those). A little less sporty but more luxurious, the Thunderbird. I actually had an SC version. Very nice car.

But I really don't see the reason for leaving off the coupe version of a sedan, as a coupe is still a coupe. And the E36 coupe is a great choice, and one that I'd still love to have.

This car with a lip spoiler on the rear instead woudl be great:

Like a fine Detroit wine, this vehicle has aged to budgetary perfection...

Madman

Out of all the cars on the list, I went for the Corrado.  I lusted after then when they were new and I'd still love to have one now.  Too bad all the ones I've seen in the last few years all looked like they were only days away from the crusher.

Funny how everyone is now all OMG about the VW Corrado. To be honest, I don't remember reviews of that car to be all that great, and it kinda just looked to me like a cross between a Scirocco and a Jetta III.

I remember reviews of the Corrado being very good, but rumours of the reliability being the complete opposite. Same with the DSM cars, Stealth/3000GT...

Evo called it one of the best cars ever made, and until recently, was marked as a 5 star car (they did an overhaul, and I believe it dropped to 4.5).

What?  I still don't understand the reason for no Integra... the 4 door sales were miserable which is why they got rid of it for the RSX.  If you were putting those other cars up there, the Integra definitely deserves a spot..

how can you not like this

I was also thinking "Where's the Integra?"

You have to draw a line somewhere, I guess. I mean, hypothetically you could have added the Cavalier/Sunbird/Sunfire, Neon, Shadow/Sundance, Escort, etc. A bunch of crappy little compacts that no one who really care for.
