Why does BMW like to answer questions no one asked?

"Why doesn't MINI have a larger, AWD car that's less agile and has two more doors but is just as useless?"
2. 1995 Saturn SL2 5-speed, 126,500 miles. 5,000 miles in two and a half months. That works out to 24,000 miles per year if I can keep up the pace.

Hell, assuming they can channel the dynamics the MINI has, it's got plenty of attraction!

With the added ground clearance, it will more easily be able to run over the poor proletariat masses.

But is the MINI really high enough for that?

The MINI ute?  I have no idea, I haven't seen one!

In all honesty, a cute ute such as a CR-V would get you through the majority of the problems you encounter down here that regular cars have troubles with.  You dont NEED to jack your C10 Chevy 10 feet up...

Then it might make sense.

I think it'll sell well no matter what. MINI people are pretty hardcore.

You sure are adamant about the uselessness of a Mini for someone who's never owned one.

I love that damn car. I love driving them, I love the steering, I live the styling, I love the layout, I love the clutch, I love the rev-happiness.

But I'm not an idiot. That car doesn't have much usable space.

It doesn't have much usable space if you have to drive around more than two people. If you only have one or two people though, it has plenty of usable space.

It has all the space you need for a couple. I went for a 10 day trip in the cabrio a couple of years ago with my wife. Using the back seat for additional storage everything fit and I was even able to lower the roof.

This thing has a lot more space than a Cabrio. I never had a problem with the space and I am 6 ' 4". For more than 2, it would be a problem (in the cabrio). This will do fine for most uses.

I can't win. I've driven them farther than you have. I've driven them faster than you have.

I drove a MINI that was half carbon fiber and was boosted to about 250-300 hp. But none of that matters. Go fuck yourself.
