Not liking the rear, it looks blocky and restrictive. It looks pleasant and inoffensive, though. I think GM should offer it here, there's no 7 seater car that isn't huge in their lineup.

Colin

This has suffered significantly in the transition from the quite good looking concept car to a rather bland uninspiring production vehicle..... I think it will struggle for sales in Europe, even though it is doubtless light years better than the antediluvian Tacuma/Rezzo of Daweoo parentage.

That would make a nice replacement for the craptacular HHR on this side of the pond.

Is it wrong I like this thing?

And, oh yeah, I've driven both the HHR and PT Cruiser...without a doubt, even the newer, cheapened PT is a better car.

Chevrolet really does need a boring but practical car in its lineup. All its other recent products have some level of form over function, and it has nothing smaller than the practically midsize Equinox.

Atomic

i see a hint of the new kia squarish-vehicle (the name escapes me) from the c-pillar back and rear. i like the design as shown far better than earlier renderings.

Borrego taillights and Rio headlights make for an interesting Orlando.

I do like it as a Chevy. It should be a good entry level, functional vehicle for them. It's clean, inoffensive and efficient. Great for low end buyers and should do well.

Depending on price, that could be a good deal.

I think the HHR looks kinda cool in Panel trim in black.  So much glorious black paint to shine up!!

Except for the fact you won't be able to buy one in Florida.

Maybe they were thinking of Tony Orlando?

The Orlando's going not going to be sold in the US; but it will be sold in Canada. Go figure.  Canadians like different cars in comparison to US tastes.

The HHR is not crap.
It really is. It's a relatively gutless feeling, poor handling wagon-esque vehicle with mediocre visibility that can't haul much, doesn't get very good gas mileage, and is built out of cheap materials. The idea of those retro looking cruisers may not be bad in itself, but that car has almost no redeeming qualities in my book.

Whatever this thing is isn't particularly attractive, but Chevy could stand to replace the HHR in the US with something along the same lines.

I prefer this one.  Would make a great Buick.  Maybe start it in the mid 20's, and keep the glass roof as an option.

NO, Buick could NOT use something like that right now. If you start making Buicks out of Chevys again you're back to square one as far as GM's formerly shameless product overlap is concerned.

The Opel Zafira isn't a Chevy.

THANK YOU, CAPTAIN OBVIOUS.

For all intents and purposes it's the same fucking car. For the record I think the Verano is a monumentally stupid idea too.
