The proliferation of the new Sonata reminds me a lot of when the 2002 Altima first came out. All of a sudden, it became the car to have if you refused to drive a Camcord.

At least it looks like its a far higher quality car than that original Altima was.

I noticed that too. The Malibu is nice, but it seemed to me that the Fusion is better. Maybe the old rebates/fleet sales ploy?

1) Possibly due to fleet sales?
2) Good for Hyundai, even though the Sonata still sinfully ugly.
3) I wonder if Tribute sales are counted with the Escape.
