Luxury? Jaguar I think, though they really need something 3 series sized to round it out

I'd kind of rather see Jaguar do a 2-seat roadster in the Z4/Boxster/SLK segment (yeah, crowded, I know) not as a retro carbon-copy, but as a spiritual successor to the XK120. The entry-lux sedan market is really hard to crack, and doesn't provide the brand with as much panache. An entry-lux sedan would be a more practical route to go, however.

Sweet, we chose the same companies :mrcool:

Honestly, right now I like Ford the best overall.

But, my favorite vehicle is the Audi Q7 TDI.

The one we tested got about 28 mpg highway at about 70.

Nope.. but if you're lucky, they might give you a Hyundai Excel!  I think a Swift is actually better.

Well, I am considering it strongly.

There is not as much leg room in the second row as I would like, and virtually no room in the rear.

Second row does slide back, which helps.

The one I drove was $52,500 and change.  Not a bad price by modern standards.

I am not entirely certain I understand what you are saying here, Nomis.

Yes, they do tow; 6600 pounds.

If we buy the bigger boat nothing short of a 3500 diesel will pull it anyway.

I see.

I was not certain what Nomis was talking about, and I did not realize you responded to him.

Thanks.

Have you checked out the new Durango?  I love that truck.  I do believe it will be the replacement for our Explorer in a few years.
