Weren't you looking at one a year or so ago?

Thanks, though.

Year and a half ago I was thinking about getting a Mazda engined one (I think the specific one I looked at was a 2006).

I honestly think it's dirty sensors or a sensor or two is bad. It stops perfectly fine.

So does mine. Would think a Ford mechanic could determine it pretty quickly.

But does the ABS work? Stopping fine and functional ABS are two different things.

How can you tell it's a sensor and not a bigger issue by how it stops?  The ABS ECU could have shit the bed, and it'd still stop fine, but the ABS would never work...

I honestly don't know, it could be a bad ABS ECU, but I asked the Focus forums, and they say it's likely a bad sensor.

I wanna find an ABS scanner, but no one has one to rent, and I'm not spending $300 for something I'll only use once.

Ok, that makes sense.  But saying it stops fine, and that's why it's a sensor issue, doesn't.

Well, the other alternatives (bad ABS tone ring) that would cause those two lights would induce some sort of play or feel in the brake pedal. (Or so I'm told)

I'm thinking low fluid or bad/dirty sensors. Worst comes to worse, bad ABS ECU.

I wish I had an ABS scanner, that would tell me which/if sensor is bad.

Pay a mechanic to scan it. My '99 Explorer had a bad rear wheel speed sensor that caused the ABS light to come on. $40 and ten minutes later, problem solved.

SVT suspension kit.
It doesn't fit the sedan.  The rear suspension is different.

Called a shop...they'll only charge me $25 for it.

Upon further review, you are correct.  The sedan shares the same suspension as the hatch.  2o6, you can get the entire SVT suspension including the rear sway bar from c-f-m.com for $295.  That's where I got mine from.

It is certainly the best thing you could ever possibly do to your Fucus, aside from a V8 swap. And it's damn cheap.

Good. It's a waste of money unless you are a bad driver.

Now, you need to make a race Focus.

Top one? Probably.

Ford Racing Wheels? Meh, not my favorite. I would like some wheels, though.

Those headlights are hideous.

Shift linkage and headers seem expensive.

Supercharger sounds irresponsible.

A short throw shifter is about $150 and installs in 30 minutes.

Now....how the fuck does an enthusiast say a supercharger is irresponsible?  There is nothing irresponsible about a supercharger...unless you can't buy food or pay your rent....and even then it's only marginally irresponsible.
