Honestly one of the best looking SUVs in the world right now.  I love it.

The interior is awesome, but the exterior just looks like someone took a baseball bat to it.

Exceptional interior.

Pretty dang nice, especially when compared to the outside.

But you are correct in saying Land Rover does an even better job, though I prefer this one over the one you posted:

Meh - the dash is pretty nice.  But material and styling wise, everything falls off from the 2nd row back.

I saw one of these beasts on the road today!
2. 1995 Saturn SL2 5-speed, 126,500 miles. 5,000 miles in two and a half months. That works out to 24,000 miles per year if I can keep up the pace.

I don't care about all that shit.  I'll be going to college to get an education at a cost to my parents.  I'm not going to fool around.

The RR is starting to look dated.

Personally I prefer the original pre-facelift 3 generation Range Rover to the current "improved" one.

Post-facelift it looks a bit washed out, a bit to rounded. However I'll take the new V8 diesel.

hotrodalex

I like the post-facelift way more. Very clean and sexy.

No.

Where, specifically, are you seeing more rounded angles on the facelifted model?

I ask because I don't believe much, if any, of the sheetmetal was changed. I see a new bumper and grill, new lights, and new side vents. The angles on the roof and hood--the typical square points of the RR design--appear to be exactly the same model-to-model.

Depending on price, that could be a good deal.

Galaxy

It just looks like the front melted just a little bit. Perhaps rounded was a bit extreme. For example the headlights now "leak" outside of the square box. Also the area in front and below the headlights have been angled.

Meh, it's not for me but IMO its inline w/ previous m/ml class which has always been a bit minivan-ish. I wouldn't call it hideous.

Honestly there's hardly an suv made in the over $40-$50k range that appeals to me that doesn't have a land rover badge on it.  Land cruiser would be the notable exception.

The big Infiniti is an abomination.

I see what he's getting at, with a rounded grille instead of a straight rectangle.

I think all large SUV's like this are gaudy and are clear statements of how "in-the-now" automakers are.

We don't. We get an unrelated large SUV based on the Nissan Titan pickup, the Armada -- the basis for the previous-gen QX.

They still make the Armada?

Yes.  It's not that it's a bad vehicle, just old.

I don't see why it matters.

Not at all, I've probably more seat time in the new F150 and Range Rover than you.

Agreed -- blocky styling, similar colors, round steering wheel logo.
