2. 1995 Saturn SL2 5-speed, 126,500 miles. 5,000 miles in two and a half months. That works out to 24,000 miles per year if I can keep up the pace.

I don't care about all that shit.  I'll be going to college to get an education at a cost to my parents.  I'm not going to fool around.

I don't speak poorly of a car that averaged 34 mpg from Ohio all the way to California and got me here safely to boot.

You're right.  That car really went through a lot.  It's probably done a lot better than you could have expected.  I was pleasantly surprised that it made it from Ohio to New York/Connecticut.  Even that was a push, so California is really beyond the call of duty for a car that old.

I've put 22,000 miles on this car since I got it in September 2009. When I put it like that, it doesn't seem like the worst $2,400 investment on Earth.

That doesn't look bad, actually.  It looks a fuckload better than Plasticar....
It was a redline model too.  It's a shame that GM didn't keep this car alive, I think it would've been a good addition for Buick.  Anyways carry on.

I don't think such things exist in California. I might be able to find a $6,000 1986 MR2, though.
