4k is what you want for good visibility though.  6k is closer to blue/violet, which is nearly unusable for human eyes.

Blue/violet is 12k. The 8k-10k kits are lite to dark blue. Mine have just a hint of blue. The 4500 that I had in the Vette weren't much better than regular halogen IMHO!

Better than halogen by at least a thousand lumens, and the light wavelength is actually useable by human eyes.

Pretty much.  If I get a G8 GT, it's what I'm getting.  If I get the Charger, this is what I'm getting: Corsa Xtreme

That's awesome.  I had Magnapacks on my Mustang and they look like this:



The pipe is perforated inside the casing and there is stainless steel wool between the perforated pipe and the casing.  After two years they were much louder than the day they were installed.

I'm planning on debadging the car soon and I mite put Holden emblems on it. Everyone keeps stopping me and asking what it is (They are rare here in Cleveland) and I don't want everybody to be driving one by summer.

I wouldn't put the Holden emblems on it. You'd still have a Pontiac arrowhead on the steering wheel.

True but most people aren't close enough to see it. I'm also thinking about doing a black roof. Soom of the guys on the G8 forums have done theirs with gloss black vinyl wrap.
