STR Division and Model Lineup's Launch Control

Is this a feature unique to Chrysler's SRT division and its SRT branded models or do other manufacturers offer it or something similar?

At first glance I thought it referred to the "Hill Decent Control" feature found on the likes of the Jeep Wrangler and Volvo XC60 T6. This is something totally different from my understanding, eh?
