I had a boss once that would throw me a CAD drawing that was the equivalent of a freehand drawing on a napkin and tell everyone that the design was 90% complete. Some people are completely delusional.

There might be some truth if he said that the frame and suspension are 75% complete, but the project is more like 25% complete.
