Philadelphia has neighborhoods that get better and better.  10 years ago, this place was essentially a warzone.  Now it's got an incredibly high walk score, it's very safe, and almost only white people live there.  We're finally going to be the darkest people in the neighborhood again!

There's places like that in downtown LA too.  They're trying to revive some parts of LA but it's still expensive as hell, my friend's 1000 sq ft loft is about $380k.. but it's 2 blocks away from Staples center/LA convention center.. and he can walk to work...

Dealership has a 2009 650 vert with only 27k miles coming in the next couple weeks from an owner trading model years.  Has about 95% of available equip including the upgraded seats/leather- cold weather package that has the seat and steering wheel heater- the top line stereo and nav.   Looks like we're doing both basement and car.  Women.

Good Lord.. I'd say I've the smallest place here at 1350 sqft. That doesn't include equal amount of useable space in my finished basement mind you. That and home prices here aren't all that favorable.
