They're desperate. Like a lot of low margin high volume manufacturers they need to keep production moving or they'll have problems with quality and supplier delivery performance. After the initial burst of orders passes they'll need to prevent as much as possible the inevitable dip. Ergo, this leasing scheme whereby banks manipulate the tax credits.
