My 1994

The front of the 98-02 does look bigger in pics but they were close in size.

I didn't think the '98 face lift was much of an improvement.  Made the car just look bloated.  The Firebird looked better than the Camaro for that generation (especially post-facelift).
I like the 98-02 'Bird better too and I was gonna buy one but I wanted a drop top anf the big rear spoiler wasn't available on the 'Vert! And it cost a lil more!  :banghead:

I hate how GM did the side mirrors on those cars. Why do those weird arms have to grow out of the fender sheetmetal?

That's a great local brewery that we have. Do I drink their beer? No.

Dude that's the EXACT same thing I think every time I see one of those. Looks so awkward!

It makes it look like the hood is eating the rest of the car.

Me too! And it was even worse before I had the ones on my '94 (all Z28s had black mirrors regardless of the color of the car) painted White!

I like the V6 Firebirds from that era as far as F-bodies go. The styling looks a lot cleaner than the weird hamburger-lidded headlights on the V8s.

The Formula, sans WS6 package, was the way to go.  Clean styling of the V6 but still with V8 power.

I forgot how many truly beautiful sports cars were around in the 90's.

The 355 has to be damn close to the top of the list IMO.

I wonder if life would be different if the Legend and Vigor were RWD

Legend is one of the best car names ever. Stupid Honda.

They would be blindly accepted into the Carspin Hall of Fame which is currently dominated by the BRZ, Miata and G37!

That's a 987, which came out in 2005, I think.  The 986 looked like this:

Still, a nice looking car.  It reminded me of the old Speedster...with a bit of the 550 Spyder thrown in.

They're just so plastic. It's the only era of Porsche I think looks dumb.

hat do you think the ones now are made of? I'm sick of the standard porsche front end and liked that the finally changed something.

I like them better without the wheel flairs. But this will do.

I've searched for a very long time trying to fine a way to order JDM Mazda OEM parts to one of those things. I'd make my NA miata a coupe with that roof, quarters, glass and a modified deck lid. But no matter how hard I try I can't find out how to get them. A NA miata with NB doors, quarters and a real coupe top with the NA front bumper and pop-up headlamps plus a rotary engine would be something never seen before.

I'd put the NA door handles on the NB doors however. I've got it all worked out in my head but can't come up with those damn coupe parts.
