Ehh, I don't really think this counts as a "real" ticket. Somehow without the roadside chat with Buford T. Justice it just wouldn't be as satisfying, you know?

Exactly.  The whole experience of passing him, watching to see if he comes out, then seeing him put on his lights and going through the whole roadside chat is so much more fun than never even knowing you got tagged, and then getting a dry notification in the mail.  If that happened to me, I'd feel cheated.

Not bad for 235,000 miles driven over 14 years.

I'd say it's pitiful that this is all you have to show for all those miles....
