What do you do when selling a car to a private party?

We're selling the S500 to some dude, but I don't know what to do. I've read some things, but I'm not sure what's correct and what isn't.

Do I remove the plate? What goes on the bill of sale? Is it just the price? Make sure they sign the title before taking delivery, right?

Might need to notarize the title, depends on your state I think. What to do with the plate also depends on the state.

Yup, I actually found all the info on PA car sales I needed from the DMV website. I'm good. Thanks Alex.
