I chuckle every time someone can't take a corner. It's not like I'm squealing around the corners, either- I drive a minivan most of the time and either catch or dust people all the time. Then they go flying down the straights.
i SEE IT ALL THE TIME! I pass people in my work van like they're standing still around ANY type of bend in the road!

LOL.

Is this how Japanese dudes feel when white chicks get a Kanji tattoo that reads "dumb gaijin" but tells people it means "patience."
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

For the life of me I have no idea what vehicle that is. Part time 4WD with low range and a 6 speed in a center console?

Yup! Wrangler

I was just thinking that lmao.

Not sure why a Wrangler would need 6 speeds with a low gear, 6K RPM Pentastar and a top speed of like 80 MPH....

Torque to the wheels near idle in first gear is important for offroading, because the slower you can do something the easier it is to manoeuvre the vehicle. First gear in the six-speed is 4.46:1, but axles in base models are only 3.07:1 (for fuel economy), and the transfer case low range is 'only' 2.72:1 (still higher than just about anything else from the factory). The transmission is also shared with the diesel sold overseas, and is the same as was used with the old 3.8 L V6 and was in the last couple years of TJ production behind the 4.0 L straight-six.

This is why a Wrangler Rubicon, from the factory, is already retardedly good for offroading. Through the 4.46:1 first gear, an exclusive 4:1 transfer case and 4.10:1 axles the torque gets multiplied (4.46 x 4 x 4.1 =) 73.144 times. At idle the 3.6 L makes about 185 ft-lbs, so torque to the wheels is about 13,500 ft-lbs. That's not far off what a 3/4-ton or 1-ton diesel pickup will do, and those things weigh 6,000 lbs or more and are rated to tow >18,000 lbs. Imagine the engine braking you can get going down a hill. That's why a Wrangler has a six-speed.

To keep it brief and family friendly, that is not a question she needs to know the answer to.

A lot of people wouldn't know the answer to that especially if verbally asked in front of a video camera
As opposed to a written test question.  People equate mph with speed.  While the "physics" definition of speed is the rate at which an object covers distance most people don't think of it mathematically.  80 mph is a fast moving car is all the brain registers.

As this is why America is falling behind.

Any reasonable adult person should be able to answer that. It's like asking "how many eggs are in a box of 12?" Sorry, I'm not going to mke excuses for that girl.

But, a friend who makes a point of embarassing their friend like that is an asshole.

Maan some people really do live up to their stereotypes. One of my gay friends has a 2006 Scion xB, and he drove the car with no maintenance to the point where the accessory belt literally disintegrated. (so 160K on factory accessory belts)

He drove the car whilst overheating, and no alternator, until the battery died and it shut off.

Despite the scorched trans fluid, the car ended being OK. He drove it for a solid 15 mins with the overheating light on.
