ALFA GIULIA SPY PICS

I'm wondering if the interior really looks like that, or, it's only because it's a computer rendering, but those are clearly BMW central airvents and a Mercedes-Benz side airvent. The seats remind me of those in any current BMW and the shifter is also BMWish.  :mask:

I like it very much. But of course I never expected it to be anything other than gorgeous (it's an Alfa).

I wouldn't dismiss it. My top concerns would be quality (meaning reliability), pricing and of course how it actually drives.

Yeah, that interior is very BMW

The front is growing on me, but the grille and giant bumper vents is kind of weird. I'd need to see it in person before passing judgement.

The rear is straight up Kia Optima (which isn't a bad thing) with some Lexus IS-F exhausts (which is a bad thing). The overall proportions are beautiful, though. Like MexicoCity said, I'd be scared of the reliability of this, at first.

Sounds great, but IMHO it is a bit backwards to introduce this model first. I like that most automakers introduce their normal models first, and then save the supped up versions for a year or two later.

We also don't know price. For all we know FCA might try and place this brand a bit above Audi/BMW, rather than right at them or (god forbid) price these cars aggressively in order to get their foot in the door (like Lexus and Infiniti).

Me too. It's going to have some sinister presence on the road. Like a dragon breathing up your ass.

Nice... looks like the interior render is accurate.

Lol... dead on arrival? I believe many will be sold at the push of the start button.  :tounge:

As to quality/reliability, people seem to forget where Audi, Maserati, and Jaguar were 30 years ago.  :wanker:

Except you can't expect people to want to plunk down the money for that level of reliability when those mentioned brands are so much better now.

In any case, at least it's polarizing. No one's going to call it boring, which is more than can be said for most of this class.

It is real.

Haven't seen any good interior shots yet...just stuff from people taking pictures from the outside (with the windows up).

Hopefully it's not like the Ghibli...good looking, but a piece of shit to drive.

Is that a real image?  If so, yowza.  I want one.

Could be because I'm.browsing on a small screen, but that kind of reminds me of an Audi A6. Still, looks good. I tend to agree with 2o6s DOA prediction however

An Alfa Romeo 156 from the mid-1990s is quite dependable. You can expect that they improved their quality and reliability from that point on.
