IMO, removing the steering wheel altogether is about as dangerous as removing the brake pedal.

I get that Big Tech is ultra desperate for the Next Big Thing but autonomous driving ain't it, or at least not without catastrophic levels of infrastructure spending (to harmonize road design). Will be glad when this fades.
