Au contrare. It is in great shape. I even gave it a full Mercasol-antirust treatment before putting it in storaga. Right now, I'm tempted to have it professionally detailed. It does need a good polish.
Did you start it occasionally when it was in storage; in the shed?

If you un hooked the battery I bet you're fine.  I full expect my car to start no problem after putting the battery back in.

So you store the Vette for the winter?

Remind me - where do you live, and what's your other vehicle?

Yeah it's in a building with dry concrete floors owned by the fire department at $180 for the whole season.  I also have a 2005 GMC Sierra

I live in Rochester, NY

Fully loaded grandpa spec truck.  Even has a factory sunroof.  Also gets 23mpg on the highway.  I'll be sad to sell it when I decide to move south

Damn, Exploder only gets like 18-20 on the highway. Maybe 23 if you only consider the stretch from the top of the Eisenhower tunnel down to Golden.

Dakota only gets 22-23 highway. This is bullshit.

How did you get from Germany to Norway?  Did you go up through Denmark, take the bridge to Sweden and then drive over?  Or did you take a ferry directly to Norway from the mainland?
A good friend will come bail you out of jail...BUT, a true friend will be sitting next to you saying, DAMN...that was fun!

I took the short ferry trip from Puttgarten to Rødby, then drove through Denmark and Sweden. Great trip.

If ever a Scandinavian/European gtg materializes, I'll happily offer long drives with the Alfa.
