TUNDRA needs a new cat-back exhaust. The flanges are starting to leak, as expected. I knew this would happen before I bought it.

I want this one. Not sure if have enough $$$.

Some people pay lots of money for an exhaust bypass

I like my peace and quiet. Maybe I'll just stop by ye olde shop and sleeve the flanges. The muffler is still okay.

16.8 MPG on this 275 mile tank. Getting better. Trying to limit highway speeds to 70 max. More ecodick coasting.

Imma hafta do something with this exhaust pretty soon.
It will either be a cheap OE style replacement muffler, or a Spintech 8000 series, dual 2.5" inlets, single 3.5" outlet. It's a difference of $100 and slightly more fabrication.

I might need new tires this winter. I'm thinking of ditching the racetruck 275/65R18 and going with 255/70R18. They are significantly cheaper, just think that I could hit 17 MPG!

IDGAF about the load rating. TUNDRA hauls ass, and nothing else.

I'm having second thoughts about skinny tires, since this thing will fishtail under hard throttle and moderate steering input, despite the traction and stability control. Too much power.

Construction crew ripped up the pavement in front of my house yesterday. As soon as I pulled out of my driveway this morning...

A flat head screw is the better option in that situation. Much less road noise.

Patchable at least. Or just grind it down flat

Once you hit 140 or so it will become a droning noise...much less noticeable when that happens.

Must remove speed limiter and find actual top speed...

I pulled the big metal bolt out of my hole and stuck a rubber plug in it. Then I filled it with sticky juice.

It said for off road use only, so I used it in a garage.

Exhaust parts are ordered. 2-1/4" pipes from each bank into a high-flow Y-pipe to 3" Flowmaster FlowFX (a cheaper Magnaflow ripoff), with a dump ahead of the rear axle. Nothing fancy. Can't afford what I want, but this thing has three leaks and sounds like ass right now.

Done did the exhaust today. Only had to bend the left downpipe 70 degrees and another 70 the other way to meet the Y-pipe. Everything else went straight together. It's a little loud, but I'm not complaining for $120 in parts and three hours of work.

The Magnadrone is real. I need a hemgoltz resonator tuned to 150-200 Hz.

I think they have lowered their offers significantly since their stock tanked last year.
