Lots of oil doesn't even begin to describe it.  My province of Alberta has the single largest oil deposit in the world...and our neighbouring province of Saskatchewan has more oil then we do, and development has yet to really start.  It is estimated that Alberta alone has enough oil to sustain the world's oil demands (even at the current growth rate) for 300 years.
