After you wake up with the sun at 6am on someone's floor, coughing up cigarette butts and tasting like warm beer, you may well change your opinion on this matter.

I do believe that is a satellite antanae.

I don't care about all that shit.  I'll be going to college to get an education at a cost to my parents.  I'm not going to fool around.

Great article as always. You may want to add a "discuss" link with a link into this thread. ;)

I remember Cadillac developping a hidden antenna thing a while back. What happened to that?

Jaguar does it with the (absolutly glorious XJ) but I don't know what other luxury brands do.  I'm sure there are others, I just can't think of them.

I like the fin even though it makes washing the roof a little harder.

I usually prefer wagons over sedans, but in this case, the M5 sedan looks way better than the wagon. The boxy styling at the rear reminds me of a 1970s Cadillac Hearse.  :tounge:

By hidden antenna if you mean one integrated into the back window, my 1999 and 2000 Camrys both had that standard...and both were bare-bones base models...my 99 was an auto and my mom's 00 was a stick.

I assume you mean radio antennas. To the best of my knowledge no one has yet come up with a hidden sat antenna.

I do mean radio antennas. My 6 and 7-year old cars, respectively, did not have sat radio.
