My observations, and I really know very little about Korean cars, b/c they just don't interest me. The Japanese took the Euro designs and attempted to improve reliability. Now the Koreans are taking Japanese designs and attempting to improve "value" through lower prices.

Time will tell. I do think there will always be a market for quality, regardless of price, and then there's loyalty to your marque as we see in so many posts and purchase decisions. I know Ford guys, and MB guys who will buy nothing else...

2006 MINI Cooper S - For Sale!
2002 Toyota Tacoma - A man and his truck, it's a beautiful thing!

The Japanese used lower prices as a lure in their earlier years.

This is why I asked.  I didn't want to just assume you were a retard.

We all know he is. You don't need to assume it

And so you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further. With your mind power, your determination, your instinct, and the experience as well, you can fly very high." - Ayrton Senna
