"TRD unveiled its forthcoming version of the car at the Melbourne show back in March, and this week announced that the performance of the engine it's developed for the TRD Aurion has exceeded the targets set for it. The 3.5L V6 gets force-fed via Eaton's new twin-vortices supercharger, which makes its production vehicle debut in this application. TRD's Australian arm hasn't released hard numbers yet, but indicates that the engine's planned output of 235 kW / 320 HP is among the specs that have been exceeded."

I should find a kit like that for my Camry.

The front end looks a million times better than the snout on our Camry.

Depending on price, that could be a good deal.

People buy that over a Commodore?  Why?

I don't care about all that shit.  I'll be going to college to get an education at a cost to my parents.  I'm not going to fool around.

Usage of PCP, heroin, and other mind warping drugs is at an all time high?

Wow.

I don't even want to know what the dynamics will be like for a 320+ hp Camry....

Oh crap; Wimmer's online! Can't wait to see his comment.

No joke man: I was at a party the other week, and this dude I've never seen comes up to me and asks me in this creeped out voice, "do you wanna get weeeet?"(as in, use PCP). I looked at him completely horrified and said "I don't even want to KNOW you, man," and took off with a friend.

Now, I'm occasionally around people who are somewhat, hmm..., relaxed in their attitudes towards substance use, and even they didn't want any part of that guy. What a WEIRDO!

Better work out the forearms as you will be fighting to keep the steering wheel straight
after you floor it from standstill. (assuming no AWD is being offered)

Somehow I suspect it will be much the same as that of a 240 HP Camry, or a 95 HP Camry...
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

Well, since we're talking about a Camry, the steering wheel would be so light and there would be so little steering feel, that you wouldn't really be fighting it because you can't really feel it.. plus, fighting it would only be necessary with only 1 finger..

It's my understanding that the Aurion doesn't sell all that well in Australia against the likes of the Commodore and Falcon, hence why they've recently been trying to inject some performance into it.

Wow, that looks so much better than the USDM Camry. Still isn't saying much though.

If they made it AWD and offered a manual transmission, I'd almost like it.

He was Too. He's commenting on the Camrys Isolated and numb steering feel. No feedback = you wouldn't feel the Torquesteer.

The car looks better, esp the nose. Its still a Camry though.

The Aurion ZR6 lists at $42,990, so we can expect the TRD Aurion to be a few thousand more expensive. Should I mention that a Falcon XR6 Turbo costs $45,490, a Commodore SS $46,990, a 6 MPS $48,645, or a WRX $39,990?

Good luck, Toyota.

Looks pretty good. Why does Toyota sell the GHEY version in the US?
