I have zero experience with the Jeep Renegade, but in the case of the Suzuki Jimny it's powered by a 102-horsepower 1.5-l naturally aspirated gasoline engine and a 5-speed manual (4-speed A/T). It's not big on power, but I have a feeling this little SUV is going to be tossable and fun. I want one.

Yeah, I meant 20-50 hp on top of the Jimny's 102 hp. 102 would be plenty for dedicated 4x4 use, but I wouldn't want to drive it on I-70 up a steep hill at 11,000 ft (~3400m).

The Renegade is built on the same platform as the Fiat 500x. It's pretty capable (especially in Trailhawk trim) for what it is, but a far cry from the mini-Wrangler that I was hoping it'd be, and that the Jimny essentially is.

A friend of mine, his father has the last generation Jimny. He's a ranger and uses it for all sorts of forest work. I visited him a few years ago and got a ride in it. Seemed very peppy, definitely made a fun impression. I imagine it had less horsepower (maybe 90 or so).

They also have a Lamborghini. A 3-cylinder, diesel-powered Lamborghini tractor...

The irony is it's actually a manual! See the three pedals?

The "Automatic" badge at the rear is a gimmick. Unless this car was originally an automatic and was later re-engineered into a manual. Or it was always a manual and the owner decided to RICE it out.

Always sad to see abandoned cars. This is a Mercedes-Benz L710 "Kurzhauber" (Short-Nosed). The 710 was the smallest "Kurzhauber" and was powered by the legendary OM312 4580cc inline-6 diesel with 100-horsepower. In 1966 the OM312 engine was replaced by the OM352 inline-6 diesel engine, which made the same horsepower but offered more torque courtesy of 5675cc.

Yep. We have importers here which cater to niche buyers. Ford does not officially sell a full-size pickup here, but even for European standards the Ranger is a big pickup.

The most famous one in Munich is Geiger Cars. Need a Corvette? They got it. Un Cadillac, senor? No problemo. A non-invasive penis enlargement a la Ford F-X50? You got it.
