Title: Looking for a used topper
Post by: 280Z Turbo on May 11, 2009, 10:18:04 PM
I'm trying to find a used topper on craigslist for a 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500HD long box regular cab.

Is it possible to throw on a topper from a Dodge or Ford without it looking silly? What about older Chevy trucks? We don't want to spend $1500 on a new fiberglass topper, but we need something because the vinyl tonneau cover broke.

It sounds like it will work. My measurements of the truck and the other guy's measurements of the topper were within half an inch.

2000 and 2005 were the same body style. The 2005 just had a mild facelift.
