I got my venerable G37 serviced. The guy came along - set up a collapsible table in the garage - laid out his laptop & bits & pieces & went to work. Meticulous, articulate, knowledgeable.
This is so much better than taking it to a dealer - no service advisor muddying the water.

What did he do?
90,000 mile service, plus changing out the plugs (which is recommended at 105k.)
Looks like he used the quikjack system I bought a few.months ago... It truly is a fantastic system for people that can never own a 2/4 post lift
Maybe I should get one of those.

He told me he loved it - main problem was its weight: lugging the jacks in & out of his work van was hard work. He had the heavy duty version that could lift a half-ton truck.

Yea, the system itself needs a lift. I think each ramp is like 80 pounds for the version I have which is rated for 5,500 lbs
